Organize Annual Training 

Since 2014, Lynn Management organizes the Vermont Office of Economic Opportunity annual Poverty and Opportunity Training Forum.  Services include facilitation of monthly calls with the planning committee to set goals, action steps, and timelines.   Lynn Management is responsible for recruiting presenters and keynote speakers, online registration,  and design of the program agenda and workshop description.  The result is a widely known training event that draws almost 300 participants each year.

Facilitate a Project

An agency wanted the employees that deliver early childhood development services across Vermont, to gain recognition as professionals.  To achieve this, Lynn Management collaborated with an advisory committee to design and test a process to certify these individuals.   After the design and test phase of the project was completed, Lynn Management facilitated the implementation process.  In 6 months, 68 individuals were certified.  The result of Lynn Management coordinating the project was that the agency got procedures, policies, and an evaluation to use.

Create Teams

One of Vermont’s Community Action Agency asked for help to develop a 5-year strategic plan. Lynn Management used a strength-based process with the leadership team of 20 to set realistic goals and strategies based on the data.  Each year the team reconvenes to see how well they are doing to reach their shared goals.  Lynn management facilitates the annual planning event.  Teams that focus on one of five goals meet at that time to consider the results over the past year and to create strategies for change.
